Function:

As a weaving supervisor, you are technically and operationally responsible for the proper functioning of the weaving

mill. You ensure smooth production operations and are responsible for maintaining the machinery. You manage daily

operations, determine staffing levels and guide the team on the shop floor. In case of technical issues, you intervene

quickly and thoughtfully and provide sustainable solutions. You maintain contacts with suppliers and follow up on

interventions, inspections and maintenance. In addition, you actively contribute ideas for improvements, optimizations

and the launch of new products. You monitor safety, order and cleanliness and work closely with the plant manager

and other internal departments.

Profile :

You have a strong technical background (mechanics and electricity) and

experience in the textile sector, specifically in a double-face weaving environment.

You work independently, take responsibility and maintain oversight, even under pressure.

You are solution-oriented and communicate smoothly with employees and external partners.
