Function:

As a weaving supervisor, you are technically and operationally responsible for the proper functioning of the weaving

mill. You ensure smooth production operations and are responsible for maintaining the machinery. You manage daily

operations, determine staffing levels and guide the team on the shop floor. In case of technical issues, you intervene

quickly and thoughtfully and provide sustainable solutions. You maintain contacts with suppliers and follow up on

interventions, inspections and maintenance. In addition, you actively contribute ideas for improvements, optimizations

and the launch of new products. You monitor safety, order and cleanliness and work closely with the plant manager

and other internal departments.

Profile :

You have a strong technical background (mechanics and electricity) and

experience in the textile sector, specifically in a double-face weaving environment.

You work independently, take responsibility and maintain oversight, even under pressure.

You are solution-oriented and communicate smoothly with employees and external partners.

Function:

The carpet finishing operator cuts batches of woven carpets into different strips (lengths)

using a cutting machine and is also responsible for the finishing of the carpets (side edging), quality control,

as well as the practical organisation of the batches to be processed (weaving trolleys),

with due attention to efficiency, safety, reduced changeover times, …

In a second phase, and after thorough in-house training,

the carpet finishing operator will be responsible for a semi-automatic finishing line where batches

of carpets are processed into fully finished, labelled, packed and ready-to-ship end products.

You will join a team of experienced and motivated colleagues and report directly to the shift supervisor.

Profile :

You are hands-on and practically minded, with an eye for quality and detail.

You work accurately and have a feel for textiles/yarns. You are also a true team player.
